Employers login to our portal & submit a vacancy with details of the role, salary, location, skills and date.

Right after a job is posted, Bhartee shows how many workers in our data pool fit the role & you can shortlist.
Interview + Selection
Bhartee sends candidates to your designated interview location & your point-of-contact is informed.
Worker Hired
You select the right candidate, mark as HIRED and his/her screening data is shared for your record.
What are the Costs ?
Zero Up-front
We don't charge anything from you for having access to our portal or job postings.
Pay Once Hired
You only need to pay Rs. 300 one-time after a candidate is hired. Otherwise, no charges.
Verifications
CNIC Verification is FREE. Address & Guarantor check is Rs. 500 each, nationwide.
Skill Testing
Digital testing is Rs. 500 each. In-person skill testing across Pakistan is priced on request.
